Return Policy
Return and Cancellation policy-At Maandii we continuously work for the delightment and satisfaction of our customers
We ensure the easiest possible return policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of product which is delivered to you.  Don’t worry we are here to help you.
Please note-
The product should not be used, tampered, damaged. Please make sure you return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered to you with the original packing, branding, price tag, actual bill, accessories, packaging BOX.
The points which you have generated on Maandii while shopping will be automatically deducted from your Maandii account.
Return and pick-up of the product from the address where it was delivered will be done free of cost. If the pick-up is not available in your area, In that case please send us the product through courier on the address given below:-

We will absorb the courier cost and amount will be refunded in your account.
If the exchange option is available with us and we have the availability in our stock than you don’t have to cancel your order. We will send our representative at you doorsteps and he will make the changes accordingly.
If the order is cancelled by you than the entire amount of the product will be refunded in your bank account in 7-15 working days. Depends on your bank policy and the card which is being used to make the payment credit/debit card.
Refund policy will depend on the seller policy and availability of the product in his stock. However 45 day’s refund which is powered by Maandii will be available on Maandii exclusive products.
Scenarios where Refund is not possible:-
If the product is being refunded after the given period of time.
If the product is not functioning properly because of human errors, miss use of product etc.
Refund will not be possible in case of cosmetics and toiletries.
Any product which is used or installed, washed, damaged will not be refunded.
Customised products such as jewelleries, clothes will not be refunded.
Any gifts or lucky draw item will which is given by Maandii as compliments will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy
If  a customer wants to exchange the product, in that case exchange will be done on special price not on MRP descretion.

Level- 1  (Customer Care Excutive ) Any problem which you have faced on, related to product,services, Shipment Delay,quality of the product Etc, Please contact at. expect resolution within 4-5 hours.
Level- 2 (Resolution Manager)  if you are not satisfied with the customer care excutive and the resolution which is given by him. Please contact us at.  Expect resolution within 24 hours.
